Should you wish to return over-ordered or unwanted tiles please complete a Goods Return Request. This can be found by logging on to 'my account' and clicking 'returns on-line'.

You may return complete boxes of tiles within one calendar month of purchase, providing we receive them in good condition. Carriage charges will be at the customers’ own expense. There will be a restocking charge of 20% of the value of the goods returned.

Under no circumstances can tiles be returned once they have been fixed.

If items are delivered to you damaged they will be collected and replacement goods will be delivered free of charge.

Orders or part orders may be cancelled prior to despatch without incurring charges.

However ‘special orders’ cannot be cancelled and the goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged. Special Order goods are those ordered from the Innovations Page.

We can arrange for your order to be delivered to any of our stores at no further charge to you. Collection from the store can then be arranged at your convenience. You will be able to select the particular store at the check-out section.

Should you prefer your goods to be delivered, there will be a standard charge according to the weight of the goods, please see accompanying table. A contact number must be provided. The buyer shall make arrangements as necessary to take receipt of the goods when they are tendered for delivery and the delivery note shall be signed. If the buyer fails to take delivery of the goods or fails to give the seller adequate instructions at the time stated for delivery (otherwise than by any reason beyond the buyer’s reasonable control) the company may store the goods until actual delivery and charge the buyer reasonable associated costs or sell the goods and account to the buyer for the excess or shortfall of the price under the contract. Please be aware that the delivery will be made by a third party courier and the goods will be delivered to the nearest entrance to the delivery address at ground floor level only.

All damages and irregularities must be notified within 2 working days of delivery
